He was predeceased by : his father Junior "Jake" Secrist; and his sister Ellen Cupp. He is survived by : his mother Lola Secrist; his daughter Sarah Shifflett; his grandson Joshua Shifflett; his siblings, Donna Hoover, Vivan Smith (David) and Jerry Secrist; and his nephew Wesley Cupp.
