He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Franklin Delano Hartman Sr.; his stepmother Margie Hartman; his wife Kimberly Nell Ray; his children, Matt Hartman (April) and Brooke Hartman; his siblings, Michael Hartman (Tammy), Dedra Layman (Tim), Donna Leckey (Column), Diane Hall (Mike) and Kristy Hartman; and his grandchildren, Mia, Nick, Jossy, Kalika and Liam. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
