It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garth Lanham Kagey of McGaheysville, Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Galen Kagey and Virginia Kagey; his daughter Lynette Meadows; and his sister Connie Brown. He is survived by : his wife Rosalee Kagey; his grandson Charles Meadows (Rachel) of Shenandoah; his great grandchildren, Dawson and Hudson Meadows; and his siblings, Ralph "Buster" Kagey of Mt. Jackson and Kay Wine of North Carolina.

In light of COVID-19, facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health and safety of others.
