He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Ransom; his children, Phillip Ransom, Charles Ferguson (Marilyn), William Ferguson (Lois), Gerald Ransom (Amanda), Mark Asa Ferguson, Yulonda Ferguson, Veronica Lewis (Justin), Lynette Ransom (Rafael), Vickie Ransom and Nicole Garcia (Juan); and his sisters, Mari Ann Jackson (Arthur) and Peggy Sue Minard (Mel). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
