He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald J. Lewis, Sr. and Elenora Richards Lewis; his sister Betty Hinkle; and his father-in-law Richard F. Shifflett. He is survived by : his son Bryan Lewis (Debbie) of Broadway; his granddaughter Emily Lewis; his former life partner Debbie Lewis of Broadway; his mother-in-law Nancy S. Riggs; his nieces, Stephanie Berkshire, Tamara Berkshire and Jacqueline Berkshire; his nephew Matthew Greenwald (Tayler Corbisierc); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hinkle, Rick Shifflett, Sherry Greenwald (David) and Jeanne Horn. He is also survived by one great-niece and four great-nephews.
