He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Shifflett and Eva Shifflett. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Shifflett; his daughters, Melissa Mitchell Sullivan, Lindsey Shifflett and Jamie Shifflett; his sisters, Susie Dovel (Danny) and Becky Herring (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Dylan Dofflemyer (Autumn Moon), Patrick Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan and Jagger Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends.
