It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Ann Bell of McGaheysville, Virginia, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Theodore "Joe" Dean and Beulah Ashenfelter Dean; her significant other James Theron "Jimmie" Bell; and her siblings, Carl Lee Dean, Walter Dean, Mary Sipes, Margaret Hawse, Helen Weese and Frances Allen.

She is survived by : her son James Arthur Bell (Terry) of McGaheysville; her grandson James Aaron Bell (Jessica Thompson) of Shenandoah; her stepgranddaughters, Kim and Shannon Myers; her great grandchild Connar Bell; and her brother Garland Dean (Faye) of McGaheysville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elkton Pentecostal Church, 16704 E. Summit Avenue, Elkton, VA 22827.
