She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Lee and Dorothy Overton Abernathy. She is survived by : her husband C. Douglas Cliborne; her daughter Wendy Rose (David); her grandchildren, Grayson Rose and Berkley Rose of McKenney; her siblings, Wilson Abernathy (Joan) and Pam Buyalos (James); and her sister-in-law Joyce G. Abernathy of Wilsons, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
