He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary E. Williams and Solomon Williams; and his siblings, Thelma Williams Koonce, Gracie Williams, John Williams and Quinton Williams.

He is survived by : his wife Evangelene Jordan Williams; and his siblings, Barbara Williams (Humphrey), Mary Ward and Raymond M. Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
