She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Stout and Carrie Stout; and her siblings, Gay Street, Dorothy Blankenship and Joe Stout.
She is survived by : her siblings, Johnny Stout (Barbara) of Keen Mountain, VA, Roger, Wilma and Shirley Stout.
