He is survived by: his daughters, Allison English Watkins and Stacey Elizabeth English; and his grandchildren, Stan Watkins, Monty Watkins and Drew Watkins. He is also survived by family members and special friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Episcopal Church (7159 Mechanicsville Tpke, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
