He is survived by: his wife Janice Stephens Parker; his children, Kenneth Cabell Parker, Jr., Jenny Casstevens (John), Heather Parker (Jimmy), Scotty Parker, Brian Parker, Bernie Parker (Amy) and Chad Parker (Jessica); his brother Wayne Parker (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Parker, Abbi, Bradley, Annie, Emilie, Hannah, Ryan, Jackson, Adelynn, Everett and Sloane.
