It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelyn Trexler Netherland of Mechanicsville, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wade Sutton Netherland; her daughter Stacey Adair Netherland; her parents, Helen Trexler and Joseph Trexler; and her siblings, Francia Trexler and Joe Trexler.

She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Baar and Kristin Ekman (Tom); her grandchildren, Lauren, Joseph Baar, Jett and Sutton Ekman; her friend Tricia Stocks; and her close friends, Lynne and Pat Giesen.
