She was predeceased by: her husband Hilton B. Lamphiear, Jr.; her parents, James B. Aycock and Lillie M. Aycock; and her siblings, James O. Aycock and Gladys O. McCage.
She is survived by: her son Hilton B. Lamphiear, III; her sister-in-law Anne Howell; her sibling's children, Marcie Javner (Mark), Christie Money (Danny), Lynda Sappington (John) and Leonard Lawhorne; Brenda Turner. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews; her church family.
