She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin A. Clark and Isabelle A. Clark; Alvin A. Clark, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Fulwider Sr.; her sons, Walt Ingram (Amy) and Michael Ingram; her grandsons, Austin and Joshua Ingram; her great grandchildren, Mila, Anders and River Ingram; and her sister Carlene "Carla" Clark. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
