She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Johnson and Margaret Johnson; and her brother Ralph Johnson. She is survived by: her husband James Cox; her daughter Vickie Cox; her son-in-law Randy Litton; her siblings, Wayne Johnson (Sandy), Glenda Mooney (Eric), Gayle Womble and Wanda Miller (Michael); and her nephews, Lee Mooney, William Mooney, Travis Womble, Andrew Womble, Adam Womble, Ricky Watkins, Scott Johnson and Barry Johnson. She is also survived by many other great nieces, nephews, and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Black Creek Baptist Church (6289 McClellan Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at the same location.
