He was predeceased by: his parent James Shelly; and his brothers, Harold Lee Shelly and James Clinton Shelly. He is survived by: his parent Thelma Lake Shelly; his son Dustin Andrew Shelly (Stephanie Garber); his grandson Jaxon Andrew Shelly; his sister-in-law Louise Shelly of Stephens City, VA; and his nephews, Tom Shelly of Chesterfield, VA and Shelly Of Henrietta.
