He is survived by: his wife Shirley Baker; his daughters, Stacey Lynn Breeden of Winchester and Amanda Nicole Dillon of Middletown, Virginia; his granddaughter Amber Hargrove of Inwood; his great grandchildren, Layla Rae Hargrove, Emmy Rebecca Hargrove and Maddux James Hargrove; and his siblings, Margaret Ann Chrisman of Fort Valley, Betty Welch of Luray, Bobbie Dillon of Strasburg and Fred Luther Dillon of Front Royal, Virginia..
