With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Waddell Lawrence Smart (Middletown, Virginia), who passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Nightingale Smart and Crittenden; and his siblings, Henry, Odell, Velva and Toynetta.
He is survived by: his sister Lillian "Ann" Morton (Raymond, Jr.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
COVID- 19 Safety practices will be honored: Forehead temperatures taken, Mask wearing by all and Social distancing practices will be upheld.
