He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Arthur and Gladys Cameron Franklin; and his sister Wanda Lee Hibbs. He is survived by: his wife Angela Marie Blair Franklin; his brothers, James Leon Franklin, Terry Lee Franklin, Clarence Arthur Franklin, Jr. and Charles David Franklin; and his pet Laylay.
