He was predeceased by : his parents, John William Creasy, Sr. and Mary Vest Creasy. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Creasy; his daughter Susan Creasy of Madison Heights; and his grandsons, Dakota Lee Nuckols and Hunter M. Nuckols.
