He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Jackson Earnshaw, Sr. and Catherine Fowler Earnshaw; and his brother Richard Jackson Earnshaw Jr.. He is survived by : his sister Catherine Love Williams; his niece Candace May Williams; his wife Carol Finch Earnshaw; his children, Tammy E. Selkirk (Charles) of Columbia, MD, Joseph "Todd" Earnshaw (Sandra) of Montross, VA and Wendy D. Earnshaw (Molly Alvord) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his great grandchildren, Elias Blanton and Rory Blanton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Burial will be private at Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery, by Officiant Pastor David Lagerveld. At this time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial gathering to honor him is being planned for May 1st, 2021.
