He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Winn Sr. and Marguerite Bendall; and his stepfather Sanford Bendall. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sisters, Gerri Abernathy and Jane Snellings; his children, Michael (Lisa), Matthew (Tonia) and Terri Matthews (Jason Ball); his grandchildren, Melanie (Ricky), Lindsey (Kyle), Becca (Rylan), Henry (Hannah), Eric, Kristina, Aaron, Campbell, Conner, Emily and Gavin; and his great grandchildren, Mac and Jack. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
