He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ice Dzula; his children, Madelyn and Andrew Dzula; his parents, Larry Dzula and Janie Dzula; his brother Matt Dzula (Sean Blankenship); and his brother-in-law Benjamin Ice (Angela). He is also survived by his two nieces, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
