She was predeceased by : her parents, Franklin Harrison Donaldson and Geraldine Gilman Fortin; and her sister Linda Caudill. She is survived by : her husband John Stanley Barrett; her children, Daniel "Danny" Arney (Kim) of Front Royal, April Ann Arney of New Market and Elicia Thomas of Florida; her sisters, Teresa "Terry" Eller (Chris) of Mt Jackson and Nancy Thomas of New Market; and her grandchildren, Tre Thomas-Berry, Terrence Brooks, Troy Brooks, Nakisha Owens and Michael Arney. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
