Jackson and Elizabeth Lutz (Joe) of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Savannah Collins, Lylah Lutz Wilson, Julius Thornburg and Logan Lutz Wilson; and his brothers, Carl Randall Collins, Sr. of Timberville and Orville Leo Collins. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
