He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Albert and Anna Mary Lloyd Runion; and his brother Albert Runion. He is survived by : his brother Franklin Lee Runion Sr. (Barbara Irene Runion) of New Market; his sister-in-law Peggy Cook Runion of Fredericksburg; his close friend Beverly Smith of Quicksburg; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Frank Runion Jr. and Lee Runion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
