It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Antonio L. Aursby (Newport News, Virginia), who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everleen Aursby and Ervin Graves; his grandparents, Karrie Aursby, Mack Aursby, Henry Graves and Susie Graves; and his uncles, Mike Aursby, George Whitaker, Doug Graves and Robert Graves.

He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Quan, Maya, Jada, Amare, Amani and Aniya; his grandchildren, Ai'Lahni and Ai'Laun; and his siblings, Robert, Carolyn, Willie, Sherry, Erivin Jr. and Wanda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and lots of friends.

“My brother, I can't even say that you are peaceful because I won't ever know if you are truly at peace. It has been two years since you left. It just doesn't feel like it has been that long. I cried for so many nights but woke up to the same outcome. HURT! Everybody would say you had to go but I am selfish. I miss you so much Tony! Doesn't get any better. I'm sad and then I am elated that you don't have to go through that bs anymore. I can tell you this, they are ok! The usual ups n downs”
