She is survived by: her mother Juanita Watson; her daughter Juanita Matson; her siblings, Christopher Watson, Daniel Bazemore, Jr. (Salanny) and Patrice Bazemore; her siblings' children, Demere, McKenzie, Paris and Naraiah; her aunts and uncles, James Louis Watson (Brookie), Johnnie Watson (Lawannah), Annette Watson, Stephanie Harewood (Roger) and Sonya Tynes (Na'Quash); and her great-uncle Eddie Lewis Watson.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 2114 Wickham Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (2700 Parish Ave, Newport News, VA 23607).
