He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar Foxx and Jency May Waycaster Foxx; his daughter-in-law Renee Parisher Foxx; and his siblings, Joe Frank, Nancy Elizabeth, George Lewis, Aden Bert, Ruth Ann, William Rosco, James Locke and John Homer.
He is survived by: his wife Ester Locke Foxx; his son Byron Foxx Jr.; his grandchildren, Micah Foxx (Amy) and Rachel Foxx (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Ayla May Foxx, James Lucas Foxx and Theo Foxx Grabeel.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Harbor Baptist Church in Byron's honor.
