He is survived by: his wife Delois Richardson; his children, Charles Richardson, Jr. (Toni), Ernest Richardson (Yolanda) of Newport News, VA, Saleita Robinson (Charles) of Delaware, Tejuan Banks of Atlanta, GA, Sydnie Harris (Douglas) of Snellville, GA and Brigitta Byrd of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Taylour Robinson, Tre Robinson, Cory Thornton, Kristin Thornton, Tanaya Banks, Marvin Segars, Douglas Harris, Amber Richardson, Charles Richardson III, Deshawn Byrd, Deannah Mackie, Deasia Bell, Yalaya Richardson, Lewis Richardson and Dakayla Dew; his brother Allen Richardson (Reatha); his aunt Ethel (William) of Washington; his stepchildren, Victoria Glasgow, Thomas, Portia, Melaney and Bryan Dew; his siblings-in-law, Daniel Pendleton of Vallejo, Gary Pendleton of Norfolk, VA, Sheryl (Donald) of Washington and Jackie Claggett of Newport News, VA; and his sons, Dennis and Phil. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, family and friends.
