He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Forrester and Hazel Forrester; his siblings, Timothy Forrester and Catherine Sparks (Tim); his brother-in-law Tim Sparks; his pets, Snowball and Jinger; his daughter-in-law Valarie Forrester; and his brother-in-law Bernard Granger.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Forrester (Britt); his siblings, Donnie Forrester (Carlotta), Linda Granger (Bernard) and Ronald Forrester (Margaret Ann); his sons, Chuck Forrester (Valarie), Gary Forrester (June) and David Forrester (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kenny Ezzell (Melody), Jessi Thomas (Francis), Chloe Forrester (Jackson), Taylor Calderon (Bryan), Grace Forrester and Landon Forrester; and his great grandchildren, Malayah, Francis, Kennedy, Zariah and Ryan.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (235 Harpersville Rd, Newport News, VA 23601). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
