He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Ann Holloway Miller; and his siblings, John, Edward and Lillian Miller. He is survived by: his brother Charles Miller; his children, Darrell Miller (Jane), Betsy Culotta (John) and Chris Miller (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Elisabeth Vella (Daniel), McKenzie Miller, Jason Culotta (Melissa), Sanford Culotta (Suzanne), Sarah Lemon (Billy) and Emily Wenger (Kendall); and his great grandchildren, Carson, Reed Culotta, Henley, Virginia Vella, Sammy, Blake, Bella, Bonnie Lemon, Arlo and Toby Wenger.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home (210 Harpersville Rd, Newport News, VA 23601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warwick River Mennonite Church (252 Lucas Creek Rd, Newport News, VA 23602). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
