He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Trueblood and Mary Sawyer Trueblood; and his grandson Christopher Trueblood. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sister Carolyn Pietrzak (David); his children, Dwayne Trueblood (Tracy) and Paula Wright (Jack); his grandchildren, Allyn Trueblood (Amrita), Shawn Trueblood (Melissa), Hannah Trueblood and Travis Wright (Shandi); and his great grandchildren, Paisley Trueblood, Aria Trueblood, Millie Trueblood, Remi Trueblood, Sega Trueblood, Nellie Trueblood, Simmi Trueblood, Charlie Trueblood, Adalene Wright and Vernon Wright.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the World Outreach Worship Center (1233 Shields Rd, Newport News, VA 23608). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Peninsula Rescue Mission or the American Heart Association in George's memory.
