She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patricia Mesic, (Pat) and Rufus Manly Mesic, Jr. (Buster) of Newport News; her daughter Courtney Elizabeth Boswell (Noah Sando); her husband Charles S. Quilhot; her daughter Rebecca Boswell (Gabe Burnstein); her stepsons, Jeffrey (Leigh Quilhot), Mark (Emma Quilhot) and Charles (Alex Quilhot); and her sister Susan (Edward "Biff" Lang). She was also cherished by three sons and Jane's five great nieces and nephews.
