He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John O. Cooper and Beatrice Mosely of Louisburg. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 13th 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nickelson-Cummings Funeral Home (4304 Victoria Blvd, Hampton, VA 23669).
