She is survived by: her husband Earl Opie; her children, LaVerne Seldon, Margaret Elder (Markell), Queen Simon, Erica Henderson, Sharon Summer, Bernard Brown (Connie) and Irving Tabb Jr.; her grandchildren, Travar Brown, Richard Johnson, James Key, Lloyd F. Craddock Jr. (Adrienne), Tyrell Seldon (Terrie), Lorenzo Jackson Jr., Dewitt Henderson, Daniel Henderson, Jordan Summers, Germika Otey, Shauntae Barnes, Chrissy Jackson, Paula Key, Carla Franklin and Crystal Summers; her siblings, Elnora Robinson, Catherine Mudd (Stacy) and Wilbur Jefferson Sr. (Belinda); her friends, Minister Annette Harris, Albert Scott, Janice Barker and Agnes Bradby; her cousin Hancy Hatchett; and her caregiver Ida Alston.
