She was predeceased by: her father Ed Shirley Rickman. She is survived by: her daughters, Aimee Faison (Troy) and Laura Adams; her grandchildren, Brennan Adams (Felicia), Nicholas Faison (Lily), Natalie Faison and Brooke Zimmerman; her brother Tom Rickman (June); and her brothers-in-law, Don Adams (Neva) and Gene Adams (Vicky). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669).
