He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dennis Sr. and Vivian Urquhart Dennis; and his brother Raymond L. Dennis Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Angela Dennis Ricks (Sherman) of Smithfield; his uncle Norman Urquhart of Atlanta; his aunts, Beverly Harris of Memphis and Eva Grady (Coy) of Newport News; and his friends, John Shackleford (Laura) of Durham, N. C. and Richard Williams of Hampton. He is also survived by nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins.
