She is survived by : her husband Alfred Legette; her sister Adeline; her children, Hamilton Legette (Rosalyn) of Yorktown, Alfreda Legette of Newport News, Rena Mapp (Orlando) of Williamsburg and Wanda Legette of Newport News; her grandchildren, Lakeisha Francois, Jermaine Legette, Ebony Perez, Hamilton Legette II, LaToyia Reynolds, Malcolm Legette, Tiana Mapp, R'landa Mapp, Aaliyah Hutton, Elijah Hutton and Melina Basnight; her aunt Elease Graves of Gresham, SC; her uncle Gonza Lee Gause of Gresham, SC; and her siblings-in-law, Lester Legette (Lula Mae) of Marion, SC, Lucinda Davis, Lula Legette and Remal Gause. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, a host of other relatives.
