With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Louise Chapman (Newport News, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Craig and Maglene Craig; her husband Clifton R. Chapman; her nephew David Cottle; her godparents, Richard and Gladys Green; her grandparents, James, Martha Hatchett and Fannie Holloman; her aunts and uncles, James Hatchett, John Henry Holloman, Tommy Holloman, Gladys Hatchett and Ruth Barrett; and her siblings, Ronald W. Hatchett, Martha D. Hatchett, Robin Green and Margaret Robinson Daniels.
She is survived by: her brothers, Erwin Hatchett, Steven Hatchett, Brian Craig (Joyce) and Earl Craig II (Shelia); and her aunt Mary Craig. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
