She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Tulley and Freida McLaughlin Tulley; and her siblings, Nancy Tulley and Greg Tulley. She is survived by: her husband William Towson III of Newport News; her children, Stephanie Mont (Cesar) of San Antonio, Texas, William Towson IV of Hampton, Virginia and Jaclyn Towson of Yorktown, Virginia.; and her grandchildren, Aspen Mont of San Antonio and William Towson V of Hampton, Virginia..

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home (210 Harpersville Rd, Newport News, VA 23601).
