He is survived by: his children, Annette Spivey Bradsby (Kernell), McDarwin Spivey, Denise Spivey and Allen Spivey; his grandchildren, Mariah Poole (Randy) and Bria Royster; his great grandchildren, Randy Poole, Landon Poole, Azyiah Royster and Lyric Royster; his stepmother Mattie Spivey; and his siblings, Eva Smith and Wendell Spivey.
