In the vast expanse of eternity, Mickey shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mickey farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Robinson and Doretha S. Robinson; and his daughter Lisa Stanley. He is survived by: his sons, Jason James (Ymani) and Matthew James; his siblings, Thomas Robinson Jr. (Joe), Joan Diane Rogers (Jerome), Anna Alston (Tommie), Larry Robinson (Angela) and Angela Regina Hamblett (Joe); his aunt Josephine Smith; and his close friend Regina James. He is also survived by his grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
