With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Columbus Cullen (Newport News, Virginia), born in Crisfield, Maryland, who passed away on June 14, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marian Shirley Cullen; his children, Richard Columbus Cullen, II and Teresa Cullen Hutcheson; his grandchildren, Christopher Hutcheson, Caitlin Hutcheson Stephens and Olivia Cullen Dyroff; and his great grandchildren, Islay, Jura, Vivian and Quinn.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Task Force Dagger. Special Operations Foundation in Richard's honor.
