He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Bunch; his parents, Robert H. Millard, Sr. and Elizabeth Millard (Gibbs); and his brother-in-law Robert Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Millard; his siblings, Barbara Anne Stone (Archie), William J. Millard and Donald A. Millard; his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Pratt and Richard Pratt (Anne); and his siblings' children, Heather Iaderosa (Giuseppe), Amie Rednick, Alta Abel (John), Heidi Millard, Abbey Pratt, Melissa Pratt-Jimenez, Robert Stone, Jason, Justin Millard, Anthony and Brooks Pratt. He is also survived by loving family members and dear friends.
