She was predeceased by: her parents, John William and Willie Ellis Oakley; her husband Edward Howard Macklin; and her son Edward Howard Macklin, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Delton (Teresa), Loretta (late Tony), Paul (Maggie), Beulah Aletha and Phillip (Claudia). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
