We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2023, Tomas Owens (Newport News, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia H. Owens and Thomas L. Owens (Jan); and his brother Terrance L. Owens. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
