He is survived by: his children, Cecil R. Overton, Scerene M. Giles (Mark), Audrey C. Overton and Faynetta O. Jennings; and his daughter-in-law Phyllis A. Overton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
