He is survived by: his daughters, Illawennette Hill and Wilhelmenia Sumner; his granddaughters, Tracie Sumner of John Hill, II. and Jennifer Hill; his great grandchildren, Naeem Freeman and Jaylynn Hill; and his close friend Elmer Brown.
